The Devil Awaits You!
Saturday, March 10 kicks off the Fat Tire Duathlon series
with the Devils Revenge Duathlon out at Clinton
Lake State Park.
The format is a 2 mile trail-run followed by a 10 mile mtn
bike finishing with another 2 mile trail-run. This year the relay division
offers more flexibility to teams that want to split up more of the race to
accommodate more of each team member's preferences and/or strengths.
Early bird registration ends Monday March 5th and
t-shirts are only guaranteed to those who pre-register so hurry and register
now! After March 5th, price
goes up and t-shirts are not guaranteed.
Also don't forget you can still save more by registering for the entire series.

Who's the Best Duathlete in Kansas |
The Kansas Duathlon Series will determine that this
year! Go to www.kansasduathlon.com for all the
details of the grass-roots series is designed to attract the beginner, the
weekend athlete, and challenge the experienced multi-sport athlete with an
exciting duathlon series featuring duathlons throughout Kansas. The series is
comprised of duathlons in Kansas - all well run events on quality courses -
offering a wide range of challenges. Each race in the series is put on by
different race organizations creating a similar but unique racing
experience.
There are actually two series - a road series and an off road series. The
road series is a nine-race series. The off road series is a three-race series.
In both series, duathletes will be scored, not only based on finish in their
respective age groups, but can earn additional points for travel and
participation. Duathletes must compete in a minimum of three duathlons in the
road series and two in the off road series to be scored and included in the
final series rankings. In addition to awards and prizes at each race, there will
be great overall series awards.
