Tony Raboin and Karen Borgstedt are your 2009 God's Country Duathlon overall winners.  Tony used a great run and a solid bike to win in 1:14:15 over a solid field of competitors.  Karen put together a great event to win in 1:26:45.

A new challenge was put out this year.  Who could race in both the morning Duathlon and afternoon mountain bike race?  A lot harder task than you think.  Just ask everyone who tried it.  The Best Multi-sport Athlete of the day belongs to Josh Patterson and Glenda Taylor. These two put in two solid events in one day.

 In the MTB race, Aaron Elwell took the win over Tom Price and Doug Plummer.  Not far back was Eric Struckoff riding a cross bike.  Jenny Brack worked registration all day then put on her gear and used her home course knowledge to take the ladies win over Glenda Tayor and Emily Pastrovich.
